Project objective: 1) To create and introduce new product designs to the market, thereby increasing the company’s export volumes. 2)
To introduce process/organizational innovations in the company, thus increasing the company’s involvement in international value chains.
Three activities will be carried out during the project:
- Creation and implementation of new service designs for the company, during which 2 design concepts for the services provided by the company will be created, which would be attractive to consumers and help the company increase sales
(including export) income, profit and labor productivity. - Implementation of process innovations – the company plans to introduce significantly improved services, which include
new or improved production methods. - Implementation of organizational innovations, i.e. application of new organizational methods at the company level (increasing the effectiveness of the organization when organizing work or implementing organizational development.
